About a year ago I registered at the sykaaa casino and almost immediately ran into the need for verification, I filled in all the fields according to the documents and even uploaded a selfie with my passport, but apparently I didn’t upload a photo of the document separately. At first I didn’t make any deposits there at all (I was checking it out), and about six months ago I started to play there a bit, but it never came to withdrawing funds. I took part in promo code giveaways etc. in Telegram and VKontakte. And then today 04.01.20#4 I once again managed to grab a promo code for 500₽ and after successfully wagering it I put the funds up for withdrawal, after which I was accused of having a duplicate account and was blocked. Now about the accounts. A friend comes to visit me and for a couple of years we’ve been playing at different casinos in the evenings and nights, each on his own device, and we also registered in casinos each from our own device. But now they accuse us of being the same person and registering from one device (a blatant lie). The wi-fi network is the same and we used it from both devices, I don’t see any violation! Please help sort this out and return the funds from this aggregator, because I was blocked and they won’t listen!!!!

Seriously? I can close your complaint and you can go complain somewhere else. Do you need to have your funds returned or do you just want your case to be closed as unresolved?
You ALREADY violated by using one internet connection. If our service is useless to you, well… I can wish you luck somewhere it will seem useful to you.

You have 2 accounts. One of them is verified. You tried to verify the second under a different name. Both accounts were registered from the same device.
We unblocked the second verified account under the name Kov**** V.V.
The other account, which has different documents and is not verified, will remain blocked.
We are different people, and we did not register from one device! Even the deposits were topped up from different Piastrix wallets, which are verified on Koverna, while mine is in my name!
Does a fully completed account and a photo of my passport and my selfie with it mean nothing?
Why, when I top up my balance, does nobody tell me, “sorry we won’t accept the funds because you have a duplicate account”!?
