Sykaaa Casino: I demand activation of my due 50,000 RUB bonus

Hello! I want all players to know that this casino is nothing but scammers. I have been registered at this place for a long time, never deposited or played, yesterday they sent me a promo code by email with 50 spins, after the spins my bonus balance was over 85,000 rubles. So right after that a 50,000 rubles bonus appeared in my bonuses that had to be activated with a 1,000 rubles deposit. This was also stated on the banner. Contacting support and not getting a reply, I deposited 1,000 rubles and tried to activate this bonus. After clicking the activation button, instead of activation a new window appeared asking for a deposit of 3,000 rubles to supposedly unlock this bonus. I consider this brazen deception and a scam to take players’ money. Support kept telling me once an hour that I can activate any bonus by clicking after depositing. I tried to explain that I can’t activate the 50,000 bonus because it asks for another 3,000 deposit. There’s also no option to attach a screenshot to the chat with the operator, which kind of hints that their support is not for answers and questions. In the end I lost my 1,000 rubles without seeing a single bonus or even the game itself. I would like them to activate the promised 50,000 rubles bonus for me and return the 1,000 rubles they tricked me into depositing!
