Turbo Casino: 500 RUB deposit not received since 15.03.2024
Complaint from jakon1807 to Turbo Casino dated 4/26/24
On 15.03.2024 at 19:32 I transferred 500 rubles to VADIMU E.K. as an account top-up via SBP. The money was not credited. Contacting the casino support with all the necessary proof of the deposit did not produce results. Neither did the complaint and its discussion with a casino representative on another site bring any results.
I’ve been playing at this casino since 21.10.2022. Since then there have been quite a few kinds of collisions and “misunderstandings”, but to rip people off like this, already at the deposit stage, even if it’s a very small amount… To me, this is already the last straw…
