Hello! I need help resolving a problem – I was blocked and the explanation given was that it was for using multiple accounts, but actually a lot of my acquaintances and friends play on my account and today I found out that one of them, who was supposed to transfer money to my personal card, entered my card on his account when withdrawing and, as you can imagine, removed it afterward and did not complete the withdrawal. As a result, both of us were blocked today even though, in fact, we did not break the site rules – this can be easily checked, we could even have been playing at the same time and in different games. Please help resolve this misunderstanding.
