Up-X Casino: refusing to complete account verification since August 12
Complaint from DeFakto to Up-X Casino dated 8/28/23
I sent the verification documents on August 12. By my count, if verification is 14 days, they should have unbanned me on the 25th (counting the 12th), but support told me to wait until Saturday the 26th, and both Saturday and Sunday passed – nothing’s happening on their end. It says verification, but in fact it’s a ban and you can’t log into the account or do anything at all.
I would be very grateful to the forum if you could help. I hope complaints get published quickly.
