Volna Casino: account blocked on 20.10.2025 for 400 USD
Complaint from vippafa to Volna Casino dated 10/21/25
Hello, I registered at Volna in September, made a deposit and lost it. Two weeks later I decided to play again – made a deposit, won 36 thousand rubles.
I wanted to withdraw the funds, submitted a withdrawal request and a complete circus began:
1. First I had to verify the payment method – first withdrawal cancellation.
2. I submitted a second withdrawal request, the operator said the maximum review time is 4 hours. A day passed, there was no money in the account, the request was still in endless pending. I wrote in the chat, where they told me my account is under additional review, maximum time 18 hours (more than a day has passed, btw).
3. They cancel my second withdrawal, send an email saying there was an error in the payment system, we approved your withdrawal, create a new request, it’s our payment system’s fault, not us.
4. Third time I submit a request, 19 hours pass, I write in the chat and they answer: maximum review time is 4 hours (surprisingly, how little support cares, answers with template phrases, doesn’t look into the problem, refuses to solve it). I personally report that 4 hours passed long ago, and they reply – then your account is under additional review, wait up to 18 hours (I repeat, SECOND TIME MORE THAN 18 HOURS HAVE PASSED). The operator recommends submitting the withdrawal request again.
5. Fourth time I submit a withdrawal request, only I split it into 3 parts: 11k, 10k, 15k.
Five hours later I can’t log into the account because supposedly I violated the casino rules. I start communicating with support in chat, where they told me they can’t disclose the reason, please email us. I emailed asking “which rules did I break? return my money”, and I received a literal reply: You are blocked due to violation of our site rules. This information is internal.
It’s interesting that the casino can’t even state which rule I violated (I didn’t break anything). I did not get an answer about returning the deposit or the winnings. The casino is blatantly scamming.
