Winz Casino: not refunding $100
Complaint from ArtistShtormv100 to Winz Casino dated 4/10/25
A very interesting situation happened to me ,for the first time !
The gist: I win $100 at a casino ,I request a withdrawal by crypto to Totalcoin ,the payout goes through . Then ,Totalcoin blocks the transaction claiming that the money was stolen from another exchange . And the transaction will be returned to the sender within a week .Then a week of back-and-forth with the wallet and the casino ,the latter in turn said don’t worry when the money is returned we’ll immediately transfer it back to the gaming balance. A week passes Totalcoin makes the return to the casino ,the casino confirms the return ,there is evidence attached to the complaint . As a result the casino got the return ,but the money still wasn’t credited to my account . Why should I get involved in their technical issues ? On top of that Totalcoin blocked my account because of this transaction from the casino .

Totalcoin confirmed the refund to the casino and sent a link to the refund transaction. The casino, in turn, did not credit the money to the gaming account!
