At the videoslots casino I won free spins in a slot battle. Playing those free spins I got lucky and won $25, the next day, i.e. as usual after 24 hours they paid out the money to me, but another day later that amount miraculously disappeared from my card, without any SMS or withdrawals on the account. Support told me that this is not a real balance and the money is also not on a real balance but only for the time of playing in the tournament. Basically they left me like an idiot.

Dear player, judging by your screenshot, it appears there was no withdrawal charged to the casino. On what basis do you conclude that the casino took the amount if you didn’t authorize any transactions in its favor?
The casino does not provide and cannot provide real cash funds with withdrawal to a player’s card (!) for any time or for any purposes like tournaments. You are either given a no-deposit bonus to your casino balance, which you cannot withdraw until you wager it, or you are given free spins. Again, those have wagering conditions.
