Victorious MAX NetEnt slot review with free demo

Victorious Max by NetEnt is a remake of the classic slot about warriors of Ancient Rome, and overall the provider did well on the atmosphere. Laurel wreaths, legionaries, an eagle, a nice control panel, visually everything is pleasant, especially for those who like ancient themes. The graphics are simple, old-school, fans of modern visuals may not like it, but the slot has its own atmosphere.

The grid is the standard 5×3 and 243 paylines. The main difference from the first version is the x6 multiplier in free spins instead of x3, and the increased max win up to x7000. Free spins start from three scatters and give 15 spins, four scatters give 20, five give 25. A retrigger is also possible, so sometimes the bonus can grow into something serious. The biggest-paying symbols are Caesar and the Commander, five Caesars theoretically give x5000.

But in terms of gameplay, the slot is very tough. Bonuses are rare and often turn out empty. The balance does not hold, small wins below the bet are a normal story when the slot is not paying out. Better to go in for a small number of spins, around 50-100, and if there is no bonus, just leave. It is not worth grinding the wager here. But when the slot does hit, the results can be very decent, people have hit x1500 and higher.

For fans of Roman themes and old-school style, it is worth a try.

Victorious max (2019) by NetEnt is basically a re-release of the first version of the well-known Victorious slot, about the warriors of Ancient Rome. And with the release of the “MAX” version, the slot now lets you choose one of two versions, “classic” or “max”, the one that winked at it) … The main “hook” is that in the “first” version the max win was x1500, while in the “max” version it is theoretically much higher and equals x7000 and is hardly reachable).

The Victorious max video slot, just like Victorious, has a 5×3 game grid and 243 winning lines from left to right, and there is also a “Wild” symbol, as without it)…

If three Scatter symbols appear (Golden Laurel Wreath), 15 free spins are activated right away, with “four” – 20, and when you’re really “lucky”) and “five scatters” land, they give 25 free spins. All wins in the bonus round are multiplied by x6, while in the first version the bonus round was only x3. There is also a chance to get additional free spins).

The two “heaviest” symbols are “Caesar” and “Commander”. If five “Caesar” symbols land, the win is x5000 (in the classic version of the slot it was x1500), and “Commander” is x1500 accordingly, it was x1000).

As the “latest” session showed, at the start of “Victorious max”, it kind of pleased me). Unexpectedly on the fifth spin it “paid out a bonus” of 15 free spins, but the win was only x27 and that with a x6 bonus multiplier). After that, in the base game, the best I saw was only two scatters and that was it), I never saw a bigger or similar win. The spins in the base game were either “dead” or with a “maximum win” of x3(. And where did the “expensive” symbols go, who knows… I think at the start it was just a “pure bait”).

One of my favorite slots from NetEnt. Usually after updates you can’t expect anything good, but this isn’t the case. The slot used to pay big wins, now you can win even more. I personally always play in Max mode. The biggest win was about 2500x, quite recently it gave x1500. In my experience you shouldn’t make too many spins – if it eats, it eats big. I spin about 50-100 spins; if there’s no bonus I leave. I don’t recommend trying to clear the wager on this slot. The bankroll doesn’t hold. If the slot isn’t paying out, it gives small matches less than half the bet. It’s more suitable for high-stakes play with a small number of spins. It can give several bonuses in a row, even after a big win. Also in bonuses you can often catch a retrigger. So I don’t recommend quitting immediately after a big hit; you can try playing a bit more, but don’t get carried away. The slot’s visuals are pretty weak, fans of great graphics won’t like it, it’s all simple here. Overall a decent old-school slot, worth a try. 9.5 stars, I’ll take off half a star for the sounds – honestly they’re just terrible)

Victorious Max,well what can I say NetEnt actually pleased only with the Roman atmosphere:laurel wreaths, great people, warriors, eagle of the ninth legion and,of course, card symbols, where would we be without them?

The slot for me and from personal experience is greedy for respins as well as for bonuses, the bonuses were caught very rarely and those were empty, which caused nothing but upset and disappointment, but the atmosphere in it is certainly pleasant, especially for fans of Ancient Rome, overall I give my average score, only for the graphics, but I’ll also say that the control panel here is very pretty and cool

It plays with paylines and wilds.max win here is high as much as x7000,but you need to be a supergenius to catch that, and moreover at a high stake,I spun this slot over the course of 3 days, well it gives nothing, what can you do,but just for fun you can pop in to spin and run away from it

Would I recommend it to others, probably not for sure, since it most likely won’t give you a wow effect, but it can easily put you into a trance, still it has the visual, that can’t be taken away, usually these themes click with fans and are in high demand among players

Unlike the first part, here in the bonus the multiplier is increased from x3 to x6 and the payouts for the high-paying symbols are slightly higher. Minimum bet is 12.5 as in the first part. Personally, it felt to me that the slot is just as stingy with wins as the first. With 200₽ you could say there were no wins, if you don’t count two wins at x1 and once at x4.) A couple of times “WILD” landed on the fourth reel – no win. There’s a trick with the bonus symbols and it’s not in the player’s favor, that’s about it.)
