Good day – I’ve been playing at this casino for a long time and long ago noticed problems with their payment systems for both deposits and withdrawals. I made two deposits: the first for 7005 via SBP on the site itself and another via SberPAY transfer to the CIS for 4000. The SberPAY transfer went to Azerbaijan (I don’t recommend anyone make transfers to CIS countries). The money still hasn’t appeared in my account to this day – both operations were made on 25.01.2025. In support chat they say they’ll review it when their turn comes, but no one gives concrete timelines, so it could be a month or a year. When I asked them for links to these payment systems so I could track my money myself, I was refused. From past experience, when my withdrawal amount was stuck and support kept giving me the runaround for 10 days, I contacted the payment system myself and resolved it in 5 minutes. Judging by reading other complaints here, all these casinos are turning into scammers who couldn’t care less about their customers.
