They don’t withdraw the funds for hours, and when another hour goes by they just stupidly cancel it until the person loses everything. although it says that withdrawals take up to 1 hour.

BetChan Casino stated that you yourself cancelled your withdrawals in order to continue playing at the casino. On those dates you had reached limits on Qiwi and therefore we were unable to process payments of 220 euros (you needed to wait 12 hours or contact the Qiwi wallet to increase limits). The player must bear responsibility for their e-wallet limits. There were no delays or withholding of winnings on our part and all payouts of winnings are processed in order of queue.
