Good afternoon! Cleopatra Casino deducted a small win.
On September 22 I made a deposit of 3200 rubles. Went to spin new slots with jackpots from the provider Play’n GO. Hit two jackpots – mini and minor, then the slots ate the balance almost down to the original. When the balance was around 3500-3600 rubles those slots were turned off and I went to play Reactoonz.
Caught two bonuses there, the balance was about 8000 rubles, after losing down to 7000 I requested a withdrawal.
Tonight the withdrawal was cancelled and the win was deducted, leaving only the deposit amount on the balance. In chat they explained that part of the winnings was supposedly obtained in those malfunctioning jackpot slots, although everyone already understands that the bug was in the size of the min bet, not the math of the game.
The claim amount is 3800 rubles. Please restore this amount to the balance.
Cleopatra Casino, like many casinos on the SoftSwiss platform, has gone down a rotten path. They even squeeze out pennies that were won in another slot.
I used to have a positive view of this casino, but now my trust is reduced to zero, both in the casino and in the whole SoftSwiss network in general. Such establishments will find any reason not to pay.

Complaint sent to the casino
They refused to return the funds. In the end they blocked the account at my request. After that it’s sketchy to play with them.
The casino is good, but at times they act like scammers. Be vigilant.
