Hello. joo casino can’t pay out the winnings, the last deposit was from a card on 26.07.2023. I submitted a withdrawal request, it was rejected three times, support said we approved the request, there are problems on the payment provider’s side. I submitted it a 4th time and it’s still pending. I wrote to them that I’ll request a crypto withdrawal if they can’t pay to the card, but they refuse and tell me to wait. It’s been 5 days already and there’s no solution ((. Dear Vyacheslav, please help resolve this issue. Thanks in advance!
