Playamo confiscated winnings

Good afternoon, on 12.10.2018 I got an email from Playamo with a Friday reload bonus, I usually play on Fridays and bonuses always come on Fridays so I took this bonus. I often play at Bob Casino and had no problems there even though out of 35 deposits I had 2 wins and those were small, at Playamo everything was fine too, but I didn’t play there often, I started playing recently as an alternative to BobCasino, so I only have 6 deposits. I lost the first ones, and on Monday I had a win, withdrew without problems, but it wasn’t a large amount. On Friday I deposited 10000 rubles, and all 5 deposits were generally 9000-11000 rubles each. With a 60 bet I chose 2 bonuses in Playamo and won 55000 rubles, then played for a long time on Amatic and different Endorphina slots with bets of 100-150-200 rubles, I didn’t exceed a 300 bet, I wagered the bonus 250000 and put 120000 on withdrawal, I had 10000 left on the balance and I decided to spin Book of Aztec again at 300, and won another 30000, put everything on withdrawal and went to sleep. Today when I opened my mail they canceled the win and deducted it from the balance for bonus abuse, as if I was increasing and decreasing bets, but I wasn’t playing with minimal bets, the bets were practically the same in every slot. I only really started playing on Playamo since October because I had free money, but apparently it’s already over… After that nobody replies to my support requests, I’m talking to myself on email. I agree don’t give me bonuses since I won, but pay out the win
