PokerDom Casino: deposit withheld because the 1,500 RUB bonus did not activate

So fate brought me back to the PokerDom realms again. The first strange thing I noticed is that after a deposit, if a deposit bonus was chosen and not activated and not rolled over you can’t use the real balance. But I didn’t pay much attention at first, I thought they did that so people wouldn’t spin while the bonus is on when there’s no real balance left. Because if you spin the bonus with real money there’s a chance you’ll lose everything before the wager is cleared, but when you spin only with the bonus you’re only risking that. Well then on the 3rd or 4th re-deposit and !!!!! The deposit goes into “Deposit” (this is a new section besides real and bonus funds, which you can’t use, I even showed it in the picture) and the bonus doesn’t get credited. And to get the money out of that deposit you have to roll over the bonus. So I wrote to support, they said a ticket was created, wait 24 hours. But the money arrived, there’s no exchanger in this situation. The money is already with you and the email about a successful deposit is proof. The whole thing pissed me off even before they said they’d return it within 24 hours – I want to play in the evening and that desire is pretty rare. And they tell me your money will be back tomorrow like it’s no big deal and who cares that tomorrow the work week starts. So now PokerDom themselves froze my funds because they didn’t credit the bonus but I can’t use my funds until I roll over the kindly gifted house bonus, which already has a 30+ wagering requirement and a max win cap.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, there were technical difficulties, the bonus offer was reissued to the player and he has already successfully used it.
Also, they compensated the deposit amount of 1500 + 500 for the inconvenience (2000 rub). The compensation can be claimed in the “Bonuses” section.
