PokerDom Casino: duplicate account didn’t return $60
Complaint from belsvao to PokerDom Casino dated 4/10/25
Good afternoon, here’s the situation: they found a duplicate account, permanently banned my main account, they banned the duplicate account too – but under clause 4.1.12 they should return the funds. At first they asked me to write a statement to get the funds back – because under clause 4.1.12 I have the right to withdraw the funds. At first they wanted to transfer the funds to the main acc but it’s banned forever. I wrote the statement, now they’re checking something again and can’t withdraw 6000, could you help?
