PokerDom Casino: Wagered bonuses twice and was short 60,000 RUB both times

Good afternoon! I don’t understand what to do next, I’m asking for help resolving this issue.

Four days ago I made a deposit with a bonus on PokerDom for 3000₽. The bonus terms said the maximum win when clearing is 30k. After spending a few hours I cleared the bonus to the maximum. Expecting to see 30k in my ruble account, I suddenly get 220₽.

I immediately write in the chat, the operator asked for a screenshot, and later says the information was passed to the relevant department and the results will come by email.

I wait a day, two, three – no answer. The mail is empty, the money doesn’t appear. I decide that maybe it was a one-off and make another deposit of 3000₽ on a new bonus. And what a disappointment when I clear it to the maximum in a day and a half and the situation repeats. I don’t see the maximum win in the ruble account, this time they transferred me a bit over 3k instead of the owed 30k.

I contact the chat again, they reassure me that everything is being handled, I just need to be patient. But I don’t believe it, how could they not check my stats in 4 days and not see two game bugs.

Holidays are coming, I’m sure they’ll drag out my issue even more.

In the end 30k+30k won but not transferred to the ruble account, and I’m beside myself. Today there’s a big poker tournament I’m really counting on those winnings for. But why do I have to make another deposit and wait for empty promises about resolving my issue?!!
