My name is Carlos Peterson, and I am a user of the RioBet platform. Since 19 June 2026, I have been experiencing a problem with withdrawing funds.
Initially, I was told that my account had not been verified. I completed the entire verification process and received confirmation that it had been successfully completed. I then resubmitted my withdrawal request and was asked to wait up to 24 hours for the request to be processed.
I waited for the specified period, but when I checked today, 20 June 2026, I found that the withdrawal had still not been processed. I contacted the platform’s customer support team, whose staff were polite and attentive, but I was told that I now had to wait for verification from the provider.
I cancelled my previous withdrawal request and submitted a new one for a slightly smaller amount.
I understand that there are necessary internal procedures, but this situation is negatively affecting my user experience and raising doubts about whether the withdrawal can actually be processed. I trust in the platform’s transparency and professionalism, so I would ask for an objective resolution and a factual response regarding the status of my withdrawal request.
