I want to voice a complaint and file a report against the online project RIOBET.
More than a week ago, I made a deposit of 10001 rubles from a bank card to the details provided to me by the project. The payment was made via SBP.
(That evening, I had already made more than 3 deposits to this project of 6001 rubles each earlier) After the allotted time for the deposit to be credited, I contacted RIOBET support, where I was asked to send them a bank receipt from my bank’s online account in PDF format.
I provided the payment receipt.
The next day, support wrote me an email and asked me to provide a bank statement for the day the deposit was made, also in PDF format.
And this document was also provided to them as quickly as possible.
After a day, I once again receive an email from RIOBET support asking for a video recording of the transfer of funds to the details they provided, and where the payment receipt with a blue stamp will also be visible. This screen recording, with all the requirements they asked for, was also sent to them urgently. To my questions in the RIOBET support chat in Telegram, I get template answers “about the work they are doing, the payment gateway, a third-party payment system”, etc. I ask the administration of this project to intervene and help return the funds in the amount of 10001 rubles from the online project RIOBET. Since in my case there was no error with the details, with the choice of bank, and everything was carried out within the specified time frames for making the deposit.
