On 27.03 there was a stream in Ksyusha’s VIP channel, they were giving free spins for a deposit. I deposited $110 and was supposed to receive 200 free spins on 28.03. I waited until the evening, and nothing, eventually the stream started on the second VIP channel, and I also deposited $150 to get 200 FS. I requested a withdrawal, and it would have been fine, but when I started asking whether the free spins from yesterday’s stream had arrived, they said yes, but I didn’t receive anything. I immediately messaged the manager, she said they had been credited to me and burned when I requested the withdrawal. But I clearly remember there was no warning that my free spins would expire, because there wasn’t one. And now the manager refuses to return my FS to me – I understand it was done on purpose, to credit the FS at the moment of withdrawal so the player would lose them.

Hello!
We would like to clarify that the free spins for the two streams were credited to your account as part of the promotion. At the same time, please note that according to the rules of all bonuses, including free spins, when a withdrawal is requested all active bonuses are automatically forfeited. Before confirming a withdrawal a corresponding notification about this always appears. Additionally, this information is stated in the bonus terms – you can view it by clicking the “i” icon in the top right corner of the free spins banner.
Unfortunately, in your case the free spins cannot be restored.
@jettongames but I want to clarify, there was no warning when withdrawing funds. Secondly, there was nowhere a message about the free spins being credited, so I’m supposed to somehow figure out myself that they arrived? Yesterday, when the free spins for the second stream arrived, a message came in the bot, but for the first stream I didn’t receive any message. So what is my fault? I made a deposit, didn’t play out the FS because of your mistake, since you couldn’t even send a notification, so return my FS to me, or a bonus equivalent to the free spins.
@dimahoncharov Please send a screenshot from the bot in a private message.
The funds still haven’t been returned and won’t be. So I don’t see any point in keeping the complaint, since nothing will change. The complaint can be closed @vyacheslavlenin (VyacheslavLenin)

And did you send the screenshot to the representative?
@vyacheslavlenin yes, but they asked for that to find out why the notification didn’t arrive. And about fs they already gave their answer, and it most likely won’t change
I don’t see any big problem with not accommodating the player and issuing fs.
@vyacheslavlenin yeah, they’ve long since stopped giving a damn about me and my complaint. Nobody’s going to return my free spins. They’ve made that perfectly clear here and in private messages. That’s how they lost a VIP player with that kind of attitude
Hello!
We double-checked the information about your issue.
The spins were credited correctly for the two streams; you requested a withdrawal while the free spins were still active, so they “expired”.
This is the rule for any free spins: when you withdraw, a notification appears that all active bonuses will “expire” if you make a withdrawal.
In this case there is no possibility to credit them back.
@jettongames I’m telling you there was no warning, maybe they were just credited after I requested the withdrawal, and when the withdrawal was processed the free spins expired. In any case, I didn’t even know they’d arrived because there was no notification in the bot.
We checked the account history for that day, the spins were credited 3 hours before the withdrawal
Alright, maybe I really did miss something. Sorry for making a fuss, but I’m still going to say goodbye to the casino, the timing’s just off now.
Were provided proofs that the FS were issued long before the player got their payout
The complaint, sadly, was closed
