Recently I saw a complaint similar to my situation and decided to write about mine. I bought free spins on 4LUCK – it credited $4 for 160 spins and then an NAN$ error popped up, “GET AS MANY FREE BONUS SPINS AS POSSIBLE PER SECOND ! THE TIMER STARTS WITH YOUR FIRST SPIN AND WILL RUN CONTINUOUSLY. PLEASE PLAY THROUGH THE ENTIRE BONUS WITHOUT LEAVING THE GAME”. I spun a bit, nothing happened, but I looked and was surprised that for 160 spins it paid out $4 in a low-volatility slot (for the remaining 40 spins it paid out more than for the 160 and this is not *luck*, it paid $10, which is relatively not much, no big wins, just normal wins). We created a ticket with the manager to tech support on May 6 at 14:48. It’s been 5 days already and there’s no result, about two days ago a similar case happened, I won 200 free spins at $1 in the VIP channel, did about 170 spins and the same error popped up, also from the history I noticed that some wins were not credited to me (which was the case before as well). I want the payouts from the free spins that were not credited to be credited to me (they were credited but then deducted by themselves after that error). Ticket SJ-219406 status / In progress and nothing has changed since it was created.
I want to note, in the first case I clearly saw the balance was higher before the slot error occurred, I stepped away, came back, the balance was lower and the error appeared, it definitely deducted the balance, I’m sure of that. The second case is the same. Nothing is made up and it’s all true. Attaching the slot history.
I also noticed that the ticket status often changed, it had a yellow icon, then it became without one, from “in work” to “in progress”, it’s unclear what the statuses mean, but the issue hasn’t been resolved yet.

The VIP manager said that rewards for all spins were paid out, but that is not the case. In that case, please show each spin that was played for verification.

Following the review, the provider confirmed that the displayed NAN$ notification was a visual error, which was later fixed. The provider also reported that all free spins were successfully played through.
On our side, we additionally checked the credits and confirm that all winnings were correctly credited to your account.

Even the VIP manager wrote – “At a colleague’s request, they reported – “All free spins for company b6d906e0-56dc-46d1-801d-25abc5a4cf83 were spun. The provider said the total win was 37 USD. From our side, we can see that all winnings were credited to the player””
The win from the 200 free spins in question was $14, not $37. But this is not the only case I sent for review. The same thing happened with 200 free spins at $1, which I mentioned in the complaint, and the win was undercredited. I am asking for a breakdown for each free spin to calculate the win in such a case, or please provide this information to Vyacheslav.
I figured that for 200 free spins at $1, they just ignored it and didn’t even send it for review.

Regarding these spins, you made 164 spins, after which, 7 minutes later, you finished the remaining 36 spins. The entire win was credited correctly.

in one batch of FS on 0x6.05, you won 42.24 USD
in the second batch, on 07.05, 176.3 USD
According to the admin, the screenshot shows – a balance of 4.49 USD at the moment the error occurred (that is 164 spins played – the payout for them was 4.49 USD, which is complete nonsense, 160 spins could not have paid that little, it is a very low-volatility slot). For the remaining 40 spins it gave me about 10 dollars, the final balance was 14 dollars, not 42 as you stated. For 200 free spins the calculation really is correct, that was the balance I had at the end too – 176 USD.
Probably, the admins should check the balance and betting details after those spins were played, to figure out what the actual balance was after the free spins were run.

You started going through 200 spins, completed 149 free spins and got $35.88 credited to your balance, then went back into the slot and started playing with that money, then went back into the slot again and finished the remaining 51 free spins, for which you got $9. In total, the 200 spins came to $42.24
Everything is correct except for the winnings. 149 spins were played before the error occurred, and the free spins stopped on that error. The final balance is clearly visible in the screenshot and in the slot, and there is also a round number that you can check by time 80865978019202. After I came back to the laptop, 149 spins went through and it paid out $4, exactly as shown in the screenshot. I do not know where you got $35 from.
