JeTton Games Casino: poker win of 5,000 RUB not credited

Today I got cashback and, like nothing happened, went into my favorite poker, placed the first bet 1000r, 900 on ante and 100 on bonus, the cards weren’t great but I decided to do x2, in the end I had 2 pairs and the dealer had 2 pairs, but I won because my king is higher. I thought to bet the same again, but I can’t, because I see the balance is 2200r, while it was 5000r, so after the win the balance should’ve been 7600r. I thought maybe it’s some bug, waited a bit – nothing, waited more and 1800 was returned to me. At first I didn’t get what the hell, I check the bet history and see auto-fold, and I didn’t win. Of course I immediately wrote to Evolution support like what is this, I did x2 and I should’ve won. In the end they just ignored me, and my money disappeared like it never existed. If you think I’m just trying to scam by saying I put 1000r and want some free 4400r, no, I’m really asking to credit my legitimate win, I really hit x2 and should’ve won, just looks like some system bug happened. Also after that I played poker and when I placed a bet I couldn’t undo it, like decrease the bet, it said something like you need to place a bet first, but mine was already placed, it was too big and I wanted to cancel it but couldn’t. In the end everything was lost, player scammed👍

if after this they don’t even credit my win I think it’s time to ditch this casino.
