Well, just some thoughts on why people mess with someone else’s crypto for 5 days (my case). At best they’re crypto speculators, and then it escalates up to offenses under the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Dear Lenin, I refuse any claims and for myself exclusively; I now regard this place as a criminal element and want nothing to do with it. Sorry for the inconvenience. Have a great dayyyy
Hmm I wasted 5.5 bucks on someone and with the refund there won’t be anything liquid left from the grand, thanks Rio for -$10 and two days of waiting, and the negative emotions because of such treatment of players. And on a Friday too – that’s just sacrilege))
Dear player, glitches happen in any system, even in crypto payment systems. They are not dependent on the casino or the day of the week and can occur at any time. This does not mean that someone was “spinning someone else’s crypto for $5” at that moment. On our side we requested a priority escalation with the payment system, and we also provided the wallet for the refund.
