Until yesterday the play there was mostly at a loss, I played with my own, non-bonus funds, the crystals were accumulating. After the last game there was a short break. Yesterday I decided to try my luck and I saw a complete reset of the crystals in both of these slots. To say it was unpleasant is an understatement – a bunch of time and money just gone nowhere. Support in the online chat doesn’t help, and my message to the administration still hasn’t been reviewed. I see 2 options in this situation, first – the return of my accumulated crystals in the slot, second – a no-deposit bonus as compensation, which I won’t have to clear with my own money because my funds were used, and frankly I don’t want to have to wash a bonus back into my own funds.
